We invest in defence and dual-use startups, build and manage a focused portfolio, and hold strategic stakes—including our participation in b6 defence advisory. Our role is to strengthen the network with capital, governance support, and market access: we help founders professionalize go-to-market, navigate EU/NATO procurement realities, and de-risk scale-up paths through structured advisory and a partner ecosystem of operators, industry experts, and commercial specialists. Our Purpose

We exist to accelerate the development and market entry of defence and dual-use innovations by combining early-stage investment with practical support from the b6 network. b6 defence investment UG:

Holds and manages equity stakes with a long-term view and responsible governance.
Strengthens the b6 ecosystem, including our participation in b6 defence advisory, to ensure integrated delivery across capital and advisory.

What We Do

We support portfolio companies across the full early scale-up journey—particularly where defence markets are structurally complex:

Seed investments & strategic participation (direct equity and selected structures, depending on deal).
Go-to-defence & market-entry enablement: positioning, ICP refinement, partner strategy, capture planning.
Governance & execution support: milestone-driven operating cadence, KPI discipline, and hands-on sparring.
Network leverage: access to practitioners, procurement expertise, and industrial partners for validation and pilots.

We invest where technology creates tangible operational advantage and where adoption barriers can be actively reduced. Typical focus areas include:
