Kai Otte brings commercial rigour, transformation experience, and defence-adjacent industry leadership to Bravo Six. After leaving military service as an Air Force officer, he built a career spanning more than 15 years as interim managing director and executive across automotive, mobility, training, consulting, and software sectors. He joined benntec — a Rheinmetall Group company specialising in digital training, simulation, and security-relevant technology — in 2021, restructured its sales function, and became CEO and Chair of the Management Board in July 2023.

Born in 1968, Otte holds a degree in business economics and an MBA, and is a certified coach and trainer. His profile combines military grounding, deep industrial experience, and a practical understanding of how defence-adjacent technology organisations scale — making him the commercial and operational anchor of the Bravo Six founding team.
