Today, Lukas works as an M&A advisor in the DACH region, advising owner-managed businesses and investors on buy-side and sell-side transactions. At Bravo Six, he brings transaction expertise and an understanding of how institutional capital thinks and moves. Combined with his military experience, he helps bridge the gap between the defence industry and the financial world — on both the advisory and investment side.

Personal

Lukas M. Jaeger has spent his career moving between worlds that rarely overlap: the military, finance, and entrepreneurship. He holds a Bachelor's and Master's in Economics and Management from the University of the Bundeswehr Munich. He has led soldiers, worked on deals, and built his own firm — in that order, and without much time in between. What drives him is not the next career step, but building things from scratch and developing them on his own terms.
